Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Playing collegiate soccer is my dream. I fell in love with the sport, and being able to continue playing while pursuing my degree would be the opportunity of a lifetime.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I won the Outstanding Contributor award in my Algebra II Honors class. Since I often understand the material, I would go around the room to help my classmates understand as well.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I put my health first by eating healthy, keeping in shape year-round, and always striving to make good decisions.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I co-founded a 1Mission Campaign and helped raise $2,000 to build homes for South American families living in poverty. I joined the Piasa Pride Community Service Club, which has allowed me to be part of my school's annual Special Olympics basketball tournament. I also participate in Future Medical Leaders of America, where I help with the Red Cross Blood Drive held at my school.
