Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to continue my athletic career with a good team and school and stay in shape in college. Also, be able to meet more people by being on the team.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field, I take leadership by helping out my teammates and being there for them and someone they can talk to. Off the field, I take part in school clubs and community services. I am the president of the school's Latin and am part of the school's Interact Club which helps out families in our community by packing snack bags for less fortunate families, and I am also part of the Political Science Club.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat healthy foods all the time even in the off-season, and maintain a healthy exercise and condition even through the off-season. I do not take part in things that are unhealthy.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am part of the school's Interact Club which on Wednesdays after school we get together to take part in packing snack bags for less fortunate kids and families in our school district. This is very important to me because it shows how some families in our school district do not have the opportunity to provide their kids with food and it makes me feel good that I am helping others in need.
