Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to be a part of a successful swim program that will help me further develop my skills as a swimmer.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I will be the Captain of my High School team, GBU, starting in August, where I will be making decisions for the team, from designing the apparel, planning bonding events, welcoming new swimmers to the team, to cheering on all of the team.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I attend every practice, unless extremely ill. I am conscious of maintaining a healthy diet. I have taken strength training classes to supplement my swimming.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

2014 John Walter Awards For Community Service recipient. Presented each year to selected Green Bay middle school students for their dedicated service to their schools, families, churches and communities. Member of Middle School Girl's Empowerment Group, Power Girls, that traveled to other school's to teach girls to be empowered. Volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul, at the Miracle League Baseball program, other community events.
