Playing sports have always been a part of who I am and my life. Swimming has helped me balance the different sections of my life which I am grateful of. Continuing to swim in college is important to me to maintain that healthy balance in life and overall keep me happier and physically healthy
I am proposing an idea to my principle of my high school to put more color and design on the interior walls of Norcross High School. This includes the Norcross logo and blue devils mantra, "Go Blue Devils".
I am already balancing my social, academic, athletic life in High School and I'm still learning but with the help of coaches and other teammates, I'm willing to keep pursuing a healthy athletic life. Motivation is also a key factor in maintaining that healthy athletic performance which I'm willing to keep maintaining.
I contribute to my community by working as a neighborhood swim coach and teaching young swimmers the techniques to succeed. It's important to help the community as much as I can so I can teach and help young kids that are struggling.
