Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I feel like being a college level athlete will help me succeed in school as well as keeping me focused and help me create habits to succeed later in life. I also enjoy playing my sports and I am not ready to give them up. I also believe that I will make lifetime friends by being associated with like-minded students.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a captain on both the track team and the Dive team. I am also the head of the American Sign Language Honor Society.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I workout 5 times a day. I eat healthy, and drink a lot of water. I like to maintain my sleep.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
