Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to further my athletic career because I enjoy playing competitive basketball. I like the atmosphere of being on a team and creating bonds that can be helpful especially on the court.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

•Whether it be during practice, or during a game, I always hold my teammates accountable. I direct them to where they’re supposed to be and I always give 100% effort during drills and games to exemplify how we are supposed to work.
•Besides from basketball, during school and at home, I always make an effort to help out whether it be for my teachers or for my dad. I offer to help all the time.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete, I make sure to drink lots of water throughout the day. I always make sure I finish my schoolwork in advance so that I have time to get enough sleep and be rested, especially during my season. I also workout on my own so that my body is still in shape.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I help run the clock for some youth basketball games.
