Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have a passion for golf and would love to be able to play and learn on a college level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

This is my Senior year and last year as a Junior I was the team captain. I helped keep the girls focused and in good spirts during practices and helped get them warmed up and mentally ready before matches.
Off the field I help lead my class by setting an example. I moved my sophomore year so I understand how it feels to be an outsider. I go out of my way to help out new students or anyone who might be struggling to make friends. High school can be a lonely place and all it takes is a smile to help make someone not feel alone.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I not only stretch before practices and games but make sure my fellow team mates do. On days of meets I make sure my girls are drinking plenty of water and are eating healthy light snacks before we tee off.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer on a weekly at our local retirement home. I understand families are busy bit I try and visit once a week and chat with everyone. On special occasions and holidays I bring in goodie bags. I want to make sure everyone feels special, loved, and not forgotten.
