I am a very dedicated student-athlete! I believe it is essential to put as much effort into school, and I do soccer! I am homeschooled, which gives me the flexibility to create my school schedule through an online program, allowing me to lost training time! I usually train independently in my back yard a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It has been my dream since I was little girl to play soccer in college and to continue to move to higher levels. My ultimate goal is to play for the USA.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am sure to get as much sleep as I can before games and practices, and I am sure to finish all of my work by Ten o'clock for a good night's rest. Hydration and stretching are also essential to me before practice and games and in my downtime.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have volunteered many times at homeless shelters and food pantries and, I am continuing to volunteer at churches and with the Special Olympics of Connecticut.
