Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I think that playing a sport in college is a very special opportunity that not many are able to have. You have to be good at what you do, but also be mindful that you are representing your school. I want to be recruited to row in college because I think it would be something that would stick with me through life and be a special opportunity.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am currently a team captain for my rowing team and am also involved in extra curriculars in school as well as being involved in service. I am involved in pre med society and am one of the lead photographers for our school in yearbook.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue healthy athletic performance by maintaining both my schoolwork and athletic performances. I have to get up at 4:30 on a daily basis but also have to do well in school so, balancing my time and watching what I do is a necessity to how I function in school and while rowing.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have been involved with programs such as Habitat for humanity, Salvation army, and other service organizations.
