Personal Highlights

I am a proud first generation American (Colombian). I am a third year level 10 competitive gymnast who took my very first dive in October 2017, fell in love with this sport, and never looked back. Some people can't believe I switched sports so late in the game. I call it following my personal passion for diving and confidence in myself that I can do anything I set my mind to. Coached by 1996 Olympic diver Melisa Moses and her coach in the Olympics, Allan Spreen. I know I have not been diving long, but if you look at my progress in such a short time, you can see my dedication and determination to diving. I have come so far in less than one year, I can't wait to see where I will be in another year. I am currently training five days a week.

I am currently Miss Duval County, FL Teen USA and I will be competing for Miss Florida Teen USA this year.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to pursue my passion for diving. I have fallen in love with this sport and think I have a lot to contribute.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I average 120 plus service hours a year. I volunteer at my local sheriff's office, Salvation Army, volunteer coaching, and helped organize a backpack drive the last two year to give school supplies to children in Jamaica who had nothing. Last year we personally hand delivered 24 back packs packed full of supplies.
