Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I work heard and never give up on the field plus I give a positive attitude. I am friendly, hard worker, and I help out at the youth football games.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I workout, stay healthy, don't do drugs, don't get in trouble at school or outside of school, and people in my school and community know me for my smile.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am in beta and I help out with youth football, food can drives, freshman games, and tournaments. This is important because it shows how much I love my community.
