2017-midfielder of the year
Soccer has been a big inspiration to me and I would really love to experience playing soccer in college. My main goal is to be able to play soccer in college and get a full-ride.
I am not the most vocal leader but instead I try to lead by example, by interacting with my friends, teachers, and teammates on and off the field in a respectful manner and always lifting others up instead of putting them down. I always show my teachers and coaches respect to show my friends and teammates the proper way to treat those that are over us. i always give my all at practice and games while encouraging my teammates to do the same to ensure our success together
I pursue healthy athletic performance by maintaining healthy eating habits, staying hydrated, and getting plenty of rest daily. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends on the weekends and evenings to have fun and relax. I also try to spend some time each week by myself to just relax and get away from the hectic schedule of a student athlete for a moment to keep my mental health in check as well.
Helping people is so amazing and also such a great feeling. for the last past 2 years I've had the experience of going to Mexico to an orphanage and giving gifts also offering lunch to the children. It filled my heart to see their face light up while they were opening their gifts. I had the opportunity to play soccer with them! it was so much fun and I really enjoyed it. I also had the opportunity to volunteer for a field day and my moms work which is a elementary school. I helped with the kids that are special to enjoy the activities for they day
