Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Baseball

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I provide leadership through the other sports that I play and also in school. In basketball, I am the point guard. I provide a good example of leadership through a positive attitude and communication. In school, I maintain a GPA above 4.0 and look to be a leader in the classroom.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
