Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the sport of soccer and it would be my dream to play in college and get my degree.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leader on the field because i was speaking captain my senior year and was respected. In school I'm president of math club and member of national honor society.

I volunteer at blood drives with the NHS and have done it for a total of 14 hours. This helps the people running it with a few extra hands.
