Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the game of golf and play as many tournaments as I can when we are not in season (HJGT, AJGA, etc).

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I began to seek out work opportunities to earn extra money when I was 14. I created flyers for yard work and distributed them throughout my neighborhood.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I work out in the gym at least 3-4 times a week.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I've been an active member of the Beta Club for the last 3 years. I participate in several community service events each year including collecting food for our local food bank, volunteer work at charity events, and sponsoring a needy child at Christmas.
