Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to continue playing hockey in my college years.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a leader on and off the ice for my team. My coaches have confided in me for this roll.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

The team that I am on is focused on nutrition, hydration and skill building. We excel in all of these areas, on and off the ice.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have multiple service hours within my community. I am very involved in helping at the Ronald McDonald House with and without my team members. I volunteer at community events as team building and believe giving back to the community that supports us is very important.
