Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to continue my Hockey career and hopefully go onto the next level and play pro or even semi-pro somewhere and maybe do it as a living one day.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the ice I play my hardest and through injury, and off the ice and in the locker room, I always am talking to try and motivate the team.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student-athlete grades always come first, bad grades means I don't play. But, when I do play since I maintain my grades at above a B- at all times when I'm on the ice I represent my school and the way I play and perform in school reflect how good and healthy this school keeps us and how they give us this great opportunity.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I help out along with my teammates in the NHL's try hockey for free program.
