Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the game and also want to continue to further my education. I enjoy competing and want to continue that through out my years at college.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

When no one steps up, I will. When my team is down in a game I'm still cheering, encouraging my teammates. In the classroom, I like to take and the lead and get things done the way they need to.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Softball to me is just not a spring sport. I am working year round to continue to get better by hitting every week and going to a pitching instructor. Constantly working to get stronger and improve. I have a study hall at school so I can get my school work done to be able to train after school.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have always attended a Catholic school where they focus on giving back to the community. I have volunteered at the Dream Center, I am also involved in a retreat that my high school puts on every year called Source and Summit. I help out at my churches social every year.
