My name is Cameron Hudson. I was born in Komsomolsk, Russia. I was adopted with my twin brother. Now, I live in Birmingham, AL and I am blessed to attend Mountain Brook High School where there is a long tradition of excellence in the XC and Track programs. I started running in elementary school because my uncle, John Phillips, ran D1 in college and is the track coach at Mountain Brook Jr. High. He has coached me and my cousins and siblings since we were little. I was motivated to do well starting in 7th grade. I love to run because running makes me feel closer to God. Running is just who I am. I have always been competitive- think that comes with having a twin brother. I enjoy running with my teammates and value the close relationships we have as we all sweat and train together to be our best. I am actually a very introverted person but not when I am with my teammates.
I would like to run in college to be the best I can be and contribute to championships for a university.
Cameron Hudson has committed to University of West Georgia
