Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have played tennis my entire life and it is something that relieves stress and I feel like on the court is where I am able to express my feelings and constantly challenge myself and improve my mental game constantly. Being that I am a senior I don't want to stop playing I want to continue to grow in this sport and playing in college would allow me to do so.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

The definition of a leader: a person who leads or commands a group or organization. Being that I am a senior on the team I feel like I demonstrate being a leader on and off the court. While being on the court I remain positive constantly try to boost everyone up, even when the matches haven't started I often talk to the team and try to get everyone on the same page, and not to give another teammate a hard time if they lose, as we are all out here with the same goal. Putting tennis to the side I feel like I demonstrate leadership in school as I try to avoid problems and try to be a positive influence on people.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
