Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the sport and want to be able to continue to get better and learn from high level coaches and athletes. I am a very driven and hard working athlete and my only concern on the court is how I can improve and what I can do to make the team better and I am very excited to find a college team with like minded teammates.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteered for Operation Santa this year where we wrap and donate presents for less fortunate families and I also helped my school for the last three years put on a Christmas food and toy drive. Throughout all of elementary school I participated in the Denny Carr Christmas food and toy drive by carolling to collect donations. I have also been a volunteer and foster parent for the SPCA and New Hope Dog Rescue for several years. In 2016 I volunteered as a crowd pumper for We Day. I find these services very important. I am lucky enough to have been brought up in a household where I never have to worry about food, clean water, or money. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have grown up without those things or the opportunities to play sports, so I try to give others opportunities with these drives and charities to hope that one day they will be able to have all those things.
