Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Learning the sport, as a little girl, I instantly fell in love with it. I've played it my whole life and always enjoyed the competitiveness of it, but also because it is fun. I want field hockey to continue to have a role in my life, so that I am still able to experience the excitement of getting on the field, waiting for the whistle to blow, and playing together with my teammates
.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am the sophomore leader for REACH, Reserve Ethically Advancing Community Health, which means the other leaders and I organize fundraisers and campaigns within our school to raise money for organizations in the Hudson Ohio community. I am also a service leader, similar to REACH, except we focus more on helping beyond Reserve and the area and are partners with Hudson Rotary Club to do community service in neighboring cities in towns in Ohio. I love to give back to the community because I know I am making a difference. I am passionate about helping others, and being involved in service in my community, encourages me to be thankful for all of the things.
