Personal Highlights

I’ve made a handful of diving plays, a bare handed catch, I’ve never missed a bunt, I made NHS at my school, and I made it to the regional competition in senior league after winning the state tournament.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Because I love baseball so much I don’t wanna stop playing and I don’t want to stop improving. The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I take charge or our JV team because they didn’t have any older players and when I’m not doing that I’m playing varsity. Off the field I’m a section leader in our marching band. I lead the section give them advice on how to improve and what to do and try to answer any questions they ask.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Always stretching before and after practice and games. Always running before and after as well. I’m always trying to watch what I eat. Never broken a bone, pulled a muscle or torn one.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I’m involved in a program called backpack buddies where we gather food up ourselves and we distribute it to people in need of it. We also give it to local schools for kids that don’t have a lot of food and could use extra food for the week
