Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Track and field is my passion and I would be nothing without it. To be given the opportunity to continue in college and maybe go on professionally would be a great achievement.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I sign up to be apart of all extra activities regarding underclassmen for example our elk connectors who help incoming freshman navigate and join activities. I also take a leadership role in our JV team by helping them when coaches aren't around and making sure they are getting the training they need.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat an incredibly clean diet with all food groups incorporated(except dairy because I am allergic) balanced with exercise. I take pride in the body I am creating and it is at it's best when properly fueled and hydrated.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer for our sports events for example at one of our biggest home cross country meets, I spent the evening helping people find their way to parking lots and directing traffic. I also participate in child care at my church. These are important to me because it's a way to give back to programs and places that have given so much to me.
