Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I enjoy bettering myself and bettering others. I believe that in a college team setting, I can both motivate others and myself to perform and train at a higher level. Being part of a college team community in which my team is passionate about our goals makes me excited to participate in the recruiting process.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

In my school's Latin club, I was parliamentarian in sophomore year and vice president in junior year. As parliamentarian, I kept meetings on track and made sure meetings and lessons went smoothly. As vice president, I lead meetings and help communicate to my members about lessons and upcoming news.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete, I strive to maintain a healthy schedule by utilizing time management skills. I always plan out my school work and make sure to balance my athletics with school. This way, I always have time to focus on all of my endeavors to the best of my ability.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have done over 300 hours of community service including volunteering at a local Baptist Hospital. I actively volunteer at my church and actively participate in a community service project at a local residential home.
