Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to graduate with a degree in sports medicine while playing the game I love. I also want to further my education and find new challenges to push myself as much as possible. Playing college sports has always been a goal and I will work as hard as I possible can to reach this goal.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I believe leading by example is a big part of how I can be viewed as a leader. You’ll never see me at a party or doing anything that would cause bad habitats further down the road in life. By doing this I believe both teammates and classmates see this and have that extra motivation to do better.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I’m always one of the last ones out of the cages. I always want one more rep. I believe this applies in both sports and school. I like to challenge myself no matter what. I do my best to exceed in the classroom, ball field, and weight room. I love to get stronger both mentally and physically. And I’m always looking to push myself over the competition.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I’m very involved in my community. It’s a part of my life. It’s very important to me because this is how the whole team and school is viewed. I also believe by being involved with the community it’ll bring everyone closer together. Baseball is a huge part of Mayflower and as long as people view us as a team that both helps the community and plays hard no matter who were up against, we’ll continue to help make Mayflower better and better.
