Other Academic Information
I am gearing towards being the valedictorian. I am very motivated and I am in the national honor society, science honor society and the French honor society. I am taking three AP classes this year and six next year. I am aiming for over 1400 on my sat's and I have references form every one of my teachers at any time. As serious as I am about my academia, I feel a great passion for soccer. I play at the highest level in my area. Npl and I also have just joined the Tampa bay united ECNL. They are 2.5 hours away so I am taking a discovery position which gives me me full roster ability but I only have to travel one day a week. I am very motivated, coachable and I want to be part of a team that has morals, enthusiasm and motivation. I want the Ivy's. I know I can be successful on and off the field there. Thanks for your time.

Soccer is my passion! I love soccer. I watch soccer. I follow soccer and it is something that interests me , the game is complex and I'm always trying to figure out ways to get better. Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

In many ways being a good student athlete is an example for all athletes. I was president of the National Junior honor society. I won the student scholar athletic award. I have also won the cougar award which is the highest honor at Canterbury. I strive to be an example to my peers and that in itself is a true leader.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

The most important part of healthy athletic performance is a healthy balance. Also, having a life as well. I balance my studies by utilizing study halls and I also play two other varsity sports. Lacrosse and volleyball. I am able the balance with good nutrition, the right amount of sleep, and taking time for parties, prom and friend nights. I have been very successful this far. I will always make sure my performance remains healthy and happy too!

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer at the hospital. I believe compassion and empathy are at the forefront of my future occupation. I want to be a sports orthopedic surgeon. I am also a member of the Young Republican Party. I have knocked on door to get people out to vote. It is true that it is our civic duty but if we want to make a difference in our country we need to vote. It's the only way!
