I was running in the 100m finals for CYO Championships. My shoe flew off at the starting line when I pushed off the block, I still won the race by 10 feet.

Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Long tradition of college scholarships in my family. It's very important to me because sports are my passion and I want to be known as one of the best.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have always been picked as a captain, either by my peers or coaches. I have the winning spirit and an uplifting attitude to make others do the best that they can.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat very well, I train hard and I always make sure my studies are done.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

My father has always been a figure in the community where we live. He is a HS coach and travel baseball coach. He taught both my brother and myself that giving back to the community where you live is very important.
