Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play esports in college?

Ever since I was young I’ve had a deep love and understanding for the game of baseball, I also have been involved in mixed martial arts including boxing, Brazilian ju jitzu and wrestling. I have also played football for the highscool. I would love to go to college for any of these.

Being a part of a competitive esports team can provide opportunities for leadership.Provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in and out of game.

On the field I am a captain along with two others and have to show my team the correct attitude/mentality to play the game and to become young upstanding men. While off the field in the classroom I help some of the same teammates and others in the classroom for math, increasing test scores.

Balancing academics, gaming performance and a healthy lifestyle are extremely important. How do you pursue a healthy balance of these factors in your esports career?

On and off the field I keep the “hustle everywhere” mindset even if I have a bad day/slump/etc. Off the field I am taking care of my body by eating home cooked meals 3 times a day with snacks in between. I also very rarely drink soda and stick to drinks that replenish the salts and nutrients you need everyday. Even though I do have a social life, I do not part take in what you would call (normal highscool “nightlife”) During my free time I play a lot of pick up basketball and enjoy going to the gym to lift during school, after practice, or after games.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved with the community by going to camps to help younger baseball players to become better on and off the field, this is very important to me because they are the future of our program.
