I began in September, 2018, as a junior in high school. I gave it one week to see if I liked it; I have never looked back. There were 30+ novice girl rowers this past year and I was considered at the top of this strong group. As a side note, I do not have an official erg time yet because I was on the varsity swim team for my high school during the winter.

For the past 10 years, I successfully played travel soccer and swam for a club team at the highest levels. However, I tore my ACL in December of my freshman year and March of my sophomore year but I was able to maintain my grades, continue to swim and then begin a new sport, rowing!

Rowing: Varsity Rower 5/2019 - current; Novice Rower 9/2018 - 5/2019

Swimming: High School Varsity Swimmer (all years); Milford Area Swim Team (over 10 years)

Soccer: JV/Varsity Soccer (Freshman and started training for Junior year); Kings Hammer Soccer Academy (8 years); Invited to train with Cincinnati Development Academy (top level of club soccer in country)

Track: Sophomore year
