  • Selected to be part of the 2019 Wellington region 'Row 4 Gold' Programme. A regional performance development programme aimed to improve promising young athletes in the region. Supported by College Sport Wellington, 16 athletes (8 male, 8 female) selected from the wider Wellington region. Resources such as training camps, additional coaching, Sport Wellington seminars, nutrition, goal setting and more. Aims to help these athletes perform to their best in the upcoming season
