Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love the game of basketball and enjoy contributing to a team's success. Playing basketball alongside getting a degree would be a dream come true.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a member of the CFA leadership academy and have recently organised and served at a community dinner we gave for the first responders in our area.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Alongside practicing 7 days a week I lift up to 5 days a week, pay close attention to my diet and make sure I get at least 8 hrs sleep a night while making time for my studies.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a member of the National Honor Society and we have worked in the community to deliver backpacks for buddies, a Christmas toy drive for the under served and working in a soup kitchen among other projects. Contributing to my community gives me a sense of making a difference, in a small way, to those around me.
