End of Fall Season and 5 Month Weight Lifting Update

This month marks the end of my fall season and 5 months of weight training. I'm so happy with my progress with training and my performance this season. Thank you to all my coaches and trainer who have helped me along the way. Here's to more winter training with RSR Winter Training and many more months of weight lifting to come!!
