Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It has always been a dream for me to compete at the next level since I see how fun it can be and how competitive it gets. I always have worked my hardest to try and achieve my goals and if I am not successful then I work even harder the next time.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

One game during the inning break when everyone was getting their stuff to go in the field I talked to each individual teammate about just slowing down the game in their minds so we could get back into it. (We lost the lead that previous inning)
I also volunteered at the special olympics as well as the “Polar Plunge” for charity and to raise awareness to great causes!

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

To always make sure that whenever something hurts or doesn’t feel right to tell either a trainer or a coach to get the needed help. Also keeping a strong mental game is important to me to maintain a healthy performance. Always clear your mind of the bad but never focus too much on the good that could be happening as well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteered for the Polar Plunge in 2019 which is very very important to me because it benefits the special olympics. Special olympics means a lot to me since I have a younger brother who struggles with learning and speech and it would mean a lot to me if I could somehow help out that organization and make it better.
