I love being a goalie!!! I also love learning!
I have grown up with watching sports my whole life. I have traveled around the country with my family and sister who is now a d1 college soccer player and I see what a great experience she has had. I understand the balance and hard work it takes . I have the same love of being a goalie and playing field hockey. I know the hard work and dedication it takes as a student athlete, I know I want the experience as well.
I was awarded the Athletic Leadership award 2019 .
Being a goalie places you in a leadership position, this allows me help to help my teammates on the field because I not only can save goals but see the whole field and this can help the team see things they may not, sometimes the team can also get frustrated being a team leader also means being positive and keeping everyone as positive and motivated as I can so we can be successful.
I strive for a healthy athletic performance with having a positive attitude on and off the pitch, being positive is contagious to others and builds the team up do the whole team performs well.
