This upcoming school year, I plan to lead my school’s Red Cross Club where we organize a blood drive as well as volunteer activities. I have attended Model United Nations conferences where I have learned speaking and cooperation skills. As an athlete I plan to lead my cross country team as team captain this upcoming fall.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
