Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to be recruited to play sports because my experience in high school with sports has been enjoyable, and I have grown a significant amount as a player, teammate, leader, and student by participating in high school sports and I would like to continue to grow in all those attributes in college sports.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

In order to pursue a healthy athletic performance as a student-athlete, I make sure to get a reasonable amount of sleep and exercise. I also make it my job to make sure that I'm eating healthy.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

For service to my community, I have participated in a number of volunteer activities with my school's National Honors Society as well as volunteer activities during my own time. I have volunteered at convention centers to give back to the homeless; participated in gardening volunteer work; worked as a counselor in training for a summer camp. Volunteer work is important to me because I believe that it is important to give back to the community in any way possible. It is important for me to help put forth the work that will help strengthen my community.
