Track is what I love to do, and if can do what I love to do and help a school'strack team compete in exchange for higher education I can achieve two goals at once.
On the field I encourage my relay team, and set the example for my girls track team by working out with and as hard as the two time current State Championship boys track team.
I was the president of my school's modeling squad and lead and encouragedo my fellow squad members.
I train all year round even though my school only does track between January until May. I have attended camps at the University of Arkansas to help my skills as an overall tracklete. I am very interested in sports nutrition and how to fuel my body for optimal results.
I am involved in volunteering with elderly people at a local nursing and rehab facility. It is important to me because a lot of the residents I help do not have family who visit often,and just being able to spend a little time with them bring so much joy to their lives.
