Personal Highlights

Born in North Carolina to two High School teachers, I lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia through 7th grade after my father joined the US Navy. In Virginia, I began folkstyle wrestling with Cox Wrestling Club at age nine. My family moved to Yokosuka Japan in 2015 where I began my freestyle wrestling career. By living in Japan, I have been able to experience an entirely different culture and added Judo to my repertoire. I have also been able to travel to other foreign countries such as Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Taking full advantage of these opportunities, I studied Muay Thai in Thailand and Mepantigan in Bali, Indonesia.
