Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love Water Polo. I have been playing year-round since 5th grade, and I hope to have the opportunity to play competitively in college.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Alameda High School Varsity Swim Team, Captain
Student Athlete Leadership Team

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I work out six times a week, eat healthily and stay hydrated when performing, and set aside time for homework to succeed academically.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer to teach children how to swim for our local swim club (Alameda Gators) in the summer, and also volunteer for the Oakland Triathlon.
