Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I really care about sports because they give me an outlet and genuinely make me happy. Not only that but I love the atmosphere and what it means to have a team. I want to play because I have been though so much with diving including severe injuries but it pushed me to get back up and be stronger and it made me so much more dedicated to the sport and happier and I want to maintain that mentality, and in the end, I just love diving and want to keep doing it.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field, I have been captain as well as team captain and often train the new girl's in approaches and give them diving related workout's to help them with their skill's and if they get scared I love to give pep talks to make them feel more encouraged. Off the field I am captain of my speech and debate team, I tutor and mentor freshman, and I have leadership roles in a variety of clubs such as FBLA.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student-athlete, I like to stay healthy by maintaining a protein loaded diet that cuts our sugars and focuses on healthy carbs. I also like to go to weight training and cross fit in the mornings while in the afternoon and nighttime I focus on Club Diving and School practice. If I don't have practice I like to do 40 minute workouts to maintain physical well-being and to stay on top of my athletic performance

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Around my community, I offer free babysitting because I believe that it is important to give to those around you. I am also in NHS which we do volunteering all over for and I participate in environmental clean up efforts because I care strongly about trying to make the world a better place and spread the message that there is positive hope for our future if you do something aboutthe global situation, even in a small way.

Recent Dive meet
December 10, 2019
At my most recent dual high school meet, I competed a easier list as a start to the season and had general scores of 7.5 and 7's. While this is not my average score, it was a good start to a season...
