I love the sport of track and field.
When I'm on the track I tend to help the younger kids if they are doing something wrong or if they are goofing off I try my best to have them pay attention. When off the track, I help my sister out with the sports she does and with school work if she needs it.
Every week I train and do everything I can to get better. I not only tarain with my coach but I go to a seperate trainer to help me. The days I don't have practice I go to the trainer and stretch out anything that is tight. I also lift quite often to help me get stronger.
At school I am in a club called "planet". This is where we get the recycling collected in the classrooms and send it to a recycling plant. I also help with my local church every Wednesday for Youth Group.
