Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to play college golf. I am extremely dedicated and you won't find a player that will work harder than me.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been playing Varsity Golf since Freshmen year. I try to be a leader on my golf team with helping out individuals with their golf skills as well as encouraging players that don't have a good round and pump them up for the next one.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I workout at the gym lifting weights and I run. I eat extremely healthy most of the time. I also map out each course before I play it so I have my notes on hand.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I actually help my grandparents since they are in their 80s with landscaping and indoor chores. I help out at the golf summer camp at my golf club.
