Varsity Athlete of the Year:
NCSA profile and College Swimming profile
I aspire to be a healthy, competitive athlete and a contributing member of a college swim team. With this goal in mind, I hope to make a positive impact on myself, my teammates, my college, and the greater community.
PPSC Swim Program Mentor; Leadership Internship; Student Council Representative; Presidential Fitness Award
My goal is to continue to improve both in and out of the water. I swim 6 days a week, 9 practices per week along with doubles and dryland workouts with my club and high school swim teams. I enjoy the competitive nature of my sport and am determined to continue striving to do my personal best. To highlight this, I was chosen for the "Hammer Award" for my focus and dedication. When I am not in the water, I excel in my academic studies with many AP and Honors classes and am involved with a number of extracurricular activities. I also volunteer in my community. As hard as I work as a competitive swimmer, it is also important to me to be an active member of my community, a positive member of my swim team, and a person with integrity.
It is very important to me to serve and to give back to others because I have been blessed: 30 Hour Famine Community Service Project; Soup Kitchen Community Service; Volunteer with children; Church Youth Group Outreach; Key Club Member; ECOS Club member; Mission Trip to Haiti; PPSC Swim Program Mentor
