Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Swimming has been an integral part of my childhood and adolescent years which has allowed me to develop a love for the sport, has taught me leadership, teamwork, discipline, time management, determination, goal-setting, achievement and most importantly, mental and physical resiliency. All of the mentioned attributes have provided me with life skills that will lead to my success in the collegiate environment. Continuing to swim in college will assist me to achieve success both in and out of the pool.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

My coaches and teams are advocates of cross training, taking healthy breaks between seasons, education on health and wellness. We understand the need for developing ourselves in and out of the pool, whether it be through nutrition, playing other sports and achieving academic success.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have been volunteering at Worthington Resource Pantry for 4 years. It provides me an opportunity to give back to people in need and my community.
