Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited because I want to go to college. Being a first-gen student my parents don't know too much about the whole college experience and my family doesn't have too much money. I want to help my parents out by getting recruited and getting a scholarship so that college doesn't hurt them too much.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I love having the ability to help someone out because after you do it gives you such a great feeling. In my community, I make several lunches (about 20-35 at a time) and deliver them around my community to people who don't have food. This is important to me because not everyone is lucky enough to have food or go to the store, etc. With me doing this I at least know they have a meal for that day and I'm helping them by doing that. I love it when I see their faces and see how happy and grateful they are when I give them the bag I prepared for them.
