Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play sports in college, specifically basketball, because I have always loved playing. With whatever emotions I am going through, basketball has been an escape. It is the one thing I am happy to do even with my body on the line. Through all the injuries and cuts from teams, it is the one learning experience that has developed me as a person and player.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue "healthy athletic performance" by abridging from bad habits, such as smoking, drinking, and other drugs. Furthermore I make sure that I am always eating and sleeping well so that I am in top shape for my next performance.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved in helping my community in which I tutor many kids for free. Math, science, and English specifically. I feel that this is very important; people who need help with getting an education do not need to spend thousands of dollars on a tutor which they cannot afford.
