Personal Highlights

I started pole vaulting in 8th grade after being a competitive gymnast for 10 years. I was a level 8 USAG gymnast. I fell in love with pole vaulting and have been pursuing my goals for pole vaulting since I quit gymnastics. Gymnastics taught me the importance of commitment, dedication, and a strong work ethic, all which I have carried on into my pole vaulting career and have contributed to my improvements and love of the sport. Track and field has taught me the importance of being a team-player and leader, and I value the success of my team over anything else. I am a hard worker both on the track and in the classroom, and I am ecstatic to embrace the challenge and opportunity of being a college student athlete.
