Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to continue being apart of what I love...a swim team!

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have got some friends to join me and volunteer for swim meets at the Special Olympics.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Besides swimming 6 days per week, I do dryland with the club team twice per week. Also, to cross train, I work with a personal trainer once per week at Lifetime. At home in the evenings, I stretch doing Yoga. Along with athletic training, over the past 6 months I've started working with my club team's Sport Psychologist as well as monthly individual technique training.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am involved with volunteering for the MS society.
