Since I am homeschooled, I've been playing only competitive travel ball since 14u. Although, due to covid enabling online classes, I was given the opportunity to play for the local high school for my senior year (Reeds Spring, MO).

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to take this sport to the next level. Softball has been the one passion in my life for so long, and I am nowhere close to giving it up at graduation. Not only do I strive to compete at the next level, but I hope to build a career around it. My hopes are to become an athletic trainer and stay in this amazing environment, community, and lifestyle for years to come.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As a utility player, I've learned that each position has it's role. Catcher, shortstop, and center field are the well-known leaders of the field, and I've spent extended time in all three positions. I've learned to take charge on the field, consistently encourage my teammates, and have quick responses to every play.

Outside of the sport, these leadership skills have greatly helped me in taking charge of my life. To step up in unknown situations that others would likely shy away from. I know how to work together with people as a group and yet also confidently encourage others and respond quickly when things seem out of control.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
